VCR server had some rules that basically prevented people from randomly raiding bases and griefing. It was more like an extreme version of MC. That didn't prevent people from killing each other, especially in a joking manner, and accidents like helicopters crashing into people's homes still happened. In other words, it had PVP moments, but they weren't malicious kind (from the POVs I saw). Of course, on the final day all gloves were off.

Oh yes, HoloRust was BIGGER and more MEMORABLE than a server with ~50 daily players, that consisted of various smaller and big vtubers, streamers and mangakas/writers, of whom many streamed/played for 5-12 hours daily. It ended awkwardly because by the 3rd season the ones who carried the game already saw most of what the game had to offer and everyone else consequently lost direction.
Then everyone dropped out and Luna turned S4 into a farming sim and Kanata kept playing to keep her company, which was hilarious and adorable in its own regard, especially knowing the history of yonkisei.
