The rules are all songs are free game even if they are in the fanbox. Anything else in the fanbox talking clips for example needs permission from Delta before it can be clipped and distributed. Public streams are also free game for clipping.

The thing to remember about Delta is she blames herself for bad things that happen. So when she graduated she blamed herself which is somewhat justified and she has admitted it. However if you follow events you realize that Aloe's suspension was entirely the managers fault the manager created the problem by allowing her to do the twitcast stream that got her suspended in the first place. However and I think this is what set her off when she graduated they shoved a company prepared letter into her face and told her to apologize then made her genmates go out and do the same. I think this event with Coco made Delta realize that even if she stayed Cover was going to let the antis have their way and leaving May have actually been the best thing for her.

Also some of her comments imply she has been paying more attention to hololive then we thought specifically calling out Covers comments about "anti harrassement policy" and saying that management does jack shit letting the talents have spears thrown at them while they hide away keeping their mouths shut.

As far as holo talents go Delta has only ever had good things to say. She is a hololive and vtuber fan at heart. She liked Nene's 3d live in her fanbox and has implied she has watched Ina's streams. Even if she doesn't say it she really does care about her former Gen 5 genmates and other vtubers.

Finally Delta is a very kind girl. She tries to see the best in people.
