The only one who I would say is overrated is Moona. Now don't get me wrong, I think Moona is great, but people that put her near or at the top of Hololive are crazy. She isn't even close to Risu, IRyS, Suisei, AZKi, Towa, Sora, etc. I'd even rank her 3rd in her own branch behind Risu and Anya.

The above points are the reason why Suisei is so popular among EOPs. Don't get me wrong, she's pretty amazing now, if you listen to her remaster of Next Color Planet you'll hear a massive improvement compared to the original. But they praised her even back when she was pretty weak and her switching between registers was rather awkward. They can't appreciate her work on technical improvement because all they know is POWER and SEX VOICE.

Actually they are all tone deaf so they can't appreciate someone having a good pitch control like IRyS and they can't understand when someone's pitch is bad either. That's why teamates keep saying Ame has massively improved when her pitch is actually even worse than in her first karaoke for some songs.
