Though that was probably just for the punchline, Suisei does tend to get territorial over Miko. Just off the top of my head there's their conversation about Haachama during Raft where she sounded relieved when Miko admitted Haachama's jealousy was about collabing with Luna and not anything ship related (not to mention her "hah!?" when Miko called Haachama cute at the studio).
Feel free to disagree with this one, but during the preparation for the 2021 sports fes, when PekoMiko were bonding again while preparing the obstacle race, Suisei suddenly logged in to help, turning things into a group effort and stealing Miko's attention with her NPC antics.

Reminiscing about Raft, I remember a funny thing about Miko. When Miko is interested in something, she tends to get tunnel vision and becomes a bit shameless. During one of their conversations, Miko asked Suisei about her preferred type of character; Suisei started talking about males and was building up to the usual joke of "shonen not shota!" but Miko interrupted her halfway through with what amounted to "yeah yeah whatever, but what about women?"
I guess something similar happened during their offcollab; when the hour ended and Suisei was trying to drive the stream to end and Miko kept going just no longer asking for advice.
