as for her numbers, i think its down to the fact that she talks a lot about random subjects and doesnt focus as much on the games plot or experience. in the rare instances she does its for a long ass jrpg that nobody wants to watch. also euro time. also she is not using her natural sex voice and its VERY sad. her recent song covers as well as her song on holo27 proves that her voice works best with both singing and talking in a lower register and she should honestly own it or at least gradually soften her voice. an idol's appeal relies on her ability to convince others that she is cute naturally and her forcing the chicken voice may attribute to issues with success. ina's voice is not nearly as forced and has natural cuteness to it. gura is a pro at voice modulation. i dont think she has to vocal chops to emulate that and go the sui-chan route.
