The gameplay:
1st match - max KP, decent placement
2-4 matches few bad Axel's calls and lack of communication leads them to losing those games and causes bad morale
5 match their coach (noc) tells them to have fun since it was impossible to win the first place at that point, so they ditch their usual tactic/strategy and go full ape mode which leads to them being one of the first teams to die

The result:
They lose. Who would have thought that playing against players who not only spam Apex all the time, but also have 2-3 members experienced in tournaments (and VSaikyou specifically) would cause that? I had fun watching all of their practice matches, but anyone with a functioning brain cell could have told you they were not going to win the tournament. Also, blaming just one or two of them is retarded. Axel made at least 2 bad valk ult calls which resulted in them dying in the next ~20s, and then him getting tilted. Altare fucked up at one point with scouting, and Selen made at least 2 big misplays that I saw. They simply didn't have a player who could carry the rest of the team and their individual mistakes contributed to them being down on the list of teams. I guess it's a good day to be a Homostar or Selen hater, huh?

It used to be separated. The best part is that crossplay is optional for console but not PC, so you are forced to play against aimbots (also PC controllers exist but it's less aim assist, still broken).

What you are seeing is probably recoil smoothing, which is yet another mechanic they added in to make it easier to aim on controller at moving targets (do you see a pattern)? Although, it is helpful on mnk also.

I've solo'd to diamond on the new, harder ranked system and I'm just a bit worse than her, so she's maybe a diamond 3 or 2.
