There is this thing called professional courtesy that Gura has yet to learn in all her years of streaming. She has been called out multiple times about her bad communication and has even addressed it on stream saying she will do better, just to immediately fall back on it.

I won't say if the health reasons are a lie or not cuz it's very possible, however that excuse was used when she disappeared for months. When she came back in Jan she was perfectly fine and obviously well enough to sing and dance in holofes. Then immediately disappeared again.

I will agree on one side that she is not obligated at all to explain whatever her illness may be as that is personal. HOWEVER, her JOB as a streamer does demand some professionalism and communication. Stop saying you'll do one thing and back out, if you need to take a break simply state it. if you haven't seen the contract, then you're not a party to it. you might be mentioned as a defined term, but you have no special recourse available to you in the terms of the contract. regardless, your recourse is still clear. if you're unsatisfied with the services that she's providing then you can tell her, and if you're still unsatisfied then you can stop paying her for them.
