Everyone is already used to the current schedule, anon. Changing things means everyone has to adjust so doing it without a way to ensure people aren't getting fucked by the changes is rude. Changing the time is no different to the previous changes which made large amount of people leave the game. Even if its the majority, it doesn't matter. Every player is already used to the current one and has a workflow of some sort around it even if they get fucked by it. So changing the time forces every player to adjust to a new workflow and fucks over a large amount of players because, again, all you've done is push the problem to a different group of people without first giving an actual fucking solution. No one is going to quit at this stage because the time hasn't changed in a months time either but a lot of people will when they are literally kicked out of the game suddenly.

We fully understand this is not a one size fits all solution, that's why we are working on the buy and sell orders. If we were to wait to change adjustment time to go alongside the release of that feature, it would be at least 2 weeks until you get a change. We've already gauged the player base on several occasions and determined that changing the time sooner rather than later would be beneficial to most people. All you are doing is another silly choice for the game without enough proper thought put into it and shafting the players as a result. Again. Thread reception has overall been pretty bloody neutral in terms of the range of responses and thread polls that have existed either pin the numbers as about equal or not changing it being the winner. You didn't even run a in-game poll and are instead just trusting the loudest people in the thread.

As an East Coast Aussie, adjustment will be 2 hours after I go to bed. I wake up at 530 every day for work so I have an early bed time. I plan on staying up until adjustment and setting an auto clicker to make what buys I can over an hour or so and going to bed. 6 hours of sleep for the next 3 weeks will suck, but I can understand the need for the change. I'd be willing to bet the Lion's Share of users are EST, followed by a decent gap to PST and then European timezones with roughly similar numbers. I guess what I mean to say is if you change the time, most people who did reps and try to make their plays at adjustment time if the conditions favor that (let's say they believe a coin will drop at the next adjustment and won't be able to recover) are going to be mixed in with people who just saw that they got decent numbers and want in.
This would be different than under the current system, where said girl would drop and those who did reps would buy and accumulate and then the people who see big numbers buy after. Both net a profit, but the people who did reps are still the clear winners under the current system.

Naturally youtube rate limits and that means scraping 15k+ videos multiple times a day which would mean multiple different servers on different ips for it to be feasible. At least an hour or two to do it each time as well. The next problem would be that youtube loves to update on a very regular basis so the scrapable html and json formats will end up changing on a some-what regular basis.
