The truth is that if they are working on big events, they can hire the tech of external studios. I know hololive does it for their paid concerts and fes and I doubt nijisanji has the manpower or equipment to do everything in halouse as well.
And those external companies sometimes have better technology than them. For example Suisei was able to have live AR lighting in her own concert but there wasn't any in the 4th fes and she talked about there being an external company who did that among other things.
