At the end of the day they're balanced as best as they can be so can't really do much about it since the assessment is only initial and you can't really account for growth over the course of a serious month of training. Some people just have more fps talent/familiarity than others, genre with incredibly transferrable skills. I would put Lauren equal to Paka and over Astel, all three of them are fraggers but Astel has been very tame with his calling ever since him and Aruran had a falling out. He flexes hard when he can have fun in scrims but when it's time to buckle down and get serious he jobs. Mechanically I'd put them all same tier though.

I'm still thinking of the Magnoir off collab and how Magni convinced Vesper to do a karaoke with him by buying little supplies like a little disco ball for atmosphere, food and beer despite Vesper being so anxious to sing with people (let alone in front of 8k) because of past experiences with "friends" bullying him. Magni making sure he was going to have a fun time and Vesper actually becoming more confident in his singing during the whole stream because Magni was there to support him makes me so warm to think about. blog posting kind of i didnt draw the picture in the post but I have been drawing since i was a child and all I can say is, find something you love and just draw a lot it, really. Quit focusing on trying to get everything correct. Just draw A LOT. Even small doodles throughout the day can help.
Also make it a goal to complete one drawing project a month or something (I used to pump out drawings like crazy as a child and improved because of it). Practice doesn't mean anything until you actually apply it. Learn to fall in love with the process of drawing and incorporate art into your daily life. make it a habit to where when youre faced with a paper in front of you the first thing you want to do is doodle something.

when you can, draw as much as humanly possible in your early days (i used to draw little doodles every single day nonstop when i had too much freetime) and use it for anatomy practice aswell (referencing 3D models onto paper etc). you just have to grind early and relax later, atleast thats how i did it. its okay to take breaks too, please dont fall for things such as "if you dont draw for ages youll suck!!!!!" or "do this not that!!! adding onto this, resources were the BIGGEST thing for me when i was in my hardcore grind era. I found that Pixivs tutorials /materials section were godsend and made me pump out wonky sketches lightspeed. tracing/base uses can help when youre drawing stuff you wont post. Setting ambitions/future goals also helps alot, so you're drawing and creating for a goal you want to do in the future i didnt draw for months until i got into tempus!!
