GPT-4 is top of the shelf stuff, it's very expensive and even if you do have the money you need a forklift certification and a personal recommendation from the pope before OAI lets you anywhere near it.
Every time someone finds a way to use it for free it only lasts for a few hours at most before something gets fucked, most people are currently just coping with Turbo because OAI doesn't seem to give much of a fuck about what you do with it. It is better than CAI at least.
