If you get sc from youtube you only get 70% total. Hololive leaves you with 39.2%. Nijisanji is probably a little bigger cause of streamlabs. Kawaii is the most similar to Holos model and are now going through the same growing pains. Though they only lost Coco instead of the entire gen 4. There’s 2 patchups they can do

Kawaii can't depend on merch as much as Holo because kawaii is jp based EN company.
Hololive grew as a jp corpo in japan so a lot of merch can be sold without high shipping cost.
