Most people from EU who would sit down and watch a chuuba know English at least at a basic level.
You can not call yourself a first worlder and not know English, unless you are a farmer doing honest work in the sticks.
You could get a French, German and Spanish chuber who do 50/50 or 80/20 Native/English content.
The rest are dubious, maybe Italian or Polish.
HoloES might make sense, but HoloFR and HoloDE? Unlikely
