It's complicated. It's clearly a character she plays with the point being that she's opposite to Shirokami in many different aspects.
So she is a more mentally adult character that isn't thrown off by the ocassional perverted comment or joke and instead of telling them off she kinda ups the ante just to show how she's dominant or assertive in that aspect.
But again, it's an act, not a genuine thing like you could argue with the rest of the ranks.
