I would also suggest DS1 since it has more of an open world feel to it in comparison to DS3, and although DS2 does have some freedom as well, I doubt she would be able to survive through the bullshit that SotFS adds, since there is no way they get vanilla DS2 perms.

I honestly don't think she'd enjoy any of them enough to continue to a 2nd stream. Elden Ring really just hit all of her buttons. Being able to roam wherever she wanted, being able to jump, a horse that could double jump. Honestly it was the perfect game for her, which showed in her excitement during the Game Awards.
