That's an insecurity which is a very personal thing and not something I have. She plays games for her job, it's how she makes money, and playing games with others sometimes helps with that. First of all, Twitch has a list of banned websites which if you show on stream can be punishable with a ban if someone reports it. Many streamers have been banned for visiting 4chan on stream even if nothing bad is even shown.
Second, since 4chan is a very open place, all it would take is one person to start spamming words like "Nigger" (racial slur for a black person), which even if you as a streamer aren't responsible for appearing on stream at all, has resulted in many MANY streamers receiving a ban simply for the word appearing on their stream.
"I'm gonna go read those mean 4chan comments on stream!" really isn't the epic own you think it is.
This alone is important to understand, if you take nothing else from this situation.
