In general it depends on the artists when it comes to copying poses and stuff, some don't mind while others do. Me personally i don't care cause you can't really own a pose. As long as the body isn't a copy or anything else just the pose it should be fine.

Usually I use https://animebytes.tv/ for completed series and https://nyaa.si/ for airing stuff (not that I watch much airing anime these days) since most subbers are posting directly there anyway so there's no sense adding extra latency to the process waiting for AB's bot to grab it when I'm just autodownloading either way.

AB is a private tracker though and maybe not worth the effort of getting in these days, I joined most of those sites 10+ years ago when it was significantly less of a pain in the ass than it would be today. The t=####### part of those links is the number of seconds that have passed between the stream start and when the timestamp post was made, minus the offset in that box (and any extra in parentheses) So you want to subtract that to get everything in sync, but the VOD had already been going for a while when you tested so you need to take that into account too, then it should work, though you might need to add/subtract a bit more to get it synced up perfectly

Well the reason I said to make a test timestamp is because it basically gives you that. See >>46444475 the number at the end of the link is the number of seconds since the stream start. But since the timestamp wasn't made at the stream start it's not exactly the number you need so we subtracted those extra seconds to get us closer
