There's never been any substantial proof of a second discord existing. if there were it'd be on this list but all you have is an archived link of a steam account she has access to adding the same people who helped cycle members of discord server in and out of the valorant games.
It's up to you if you wanna believe that there was a secret second discord server but these rrats are several months old and the only "proof" that's ever followed them is that some of them also played with a guy she played with in the past and the steam screenshot.

I've also seen a screenshot of people who moderated that server talking in different discords but none of finanas accounts ever show up in them. NijiJP was constantly commissioning new models back during their heyday because they knew they would have people to fill those models roles. Same thing happened with Luxiem & Noctyx: they already had people hired (Noctyx) to fill those models roles. Also, even now with tons more riggers available, it still takes Niji riggers ages to get stuff done. As an example, it's been 15 months since debut and Luxiem still hasn't had their new outfits yet. If NijiEN's "golden goose" is getting delayed in the present, there's no way Noctyx would have been rushed out in 2 months in the past, before the golden goose started taking off.
Also, they didn't get 100k before debut. Even the month after debut Shu only had 77k. In comparison, Lazulight had 100k 1 month after debut. So Noctyx was already planned for debut before Luxiem even hit 100k.
In regards to discord, we know from Selen that new hires are put into a separate trial discord before their debut, and current livers can join that trial discord to talk to the new hires before their debut.
