Thats inherently the problem with Nijisanji. The audience doesn't really "expand", so those at the top stay there, while those at the bottom at times compete with each other for views. It gets worse when you add the issue with permissions and multiple livers doing similar content.
I like some of the talents there, but its absolutely got its flaws. Even more so when you add in the IPO and the desire to please shareholders.
