With certainty? No. But there are 3 possible explanations off the top of my head.
1) confirmation bias from small sample size due to my wildcards suggesting low camera angles for those images.
2) something about the prompt or seed causes the wildcard to actually select low camera angles more often when '3D' is not in the negative prompt
3) the model associates top down camera angles with '3D' in the negative prompt more strongly than without when asked to produce an image with a 1:1 aspect ratio. This is the most likely explanation.

All black images is one of the things that can be VAE related, but if you've only just now run into it with this model and not before, I assume you were already using --no-half-vae like the other Anon recommended.

What/where is the model? Does the hash you see locally match whatever is listed at the source? It's rare, but corrupted downloads still happen...
