These are the super rare chase variants of the cards that have the Holos' (copied and printed) signature on them as well as shiny card treatment. You can buy the normal versions of the cards for significantly cheaper.

Prices ranges are different, but it's like how you can pull the normal $30 Norn in Magic, or the version with Junji Ito art and special foil treatment for $166; or the regular version of a Pokemon trainer cards versus the full art, rainbow, holo version of the card.

Because boosters also have a gambling premium, and you only ever have decent odds when you buy in bulk. You can spend 4000 for two cases for a chance to get Suisei or you can just buy Suisei for 3000 dollars.

To her credit, the card art they picked for her just flat out sucks.
Suisei has the best art and the most fitting art for a trading card, as the shiny parts and overall composition of the card lends itself really well to foiling.
Kiara's card reminds me of a FE Cipher regular rare card instead of something that should be super rare and sought after.
