90% of EN """Vtubers""" are just trannies on Twitter who have no intention of putting in any effort, they just want the short term gratification and attention of being seen as a "pre-debut" Vtuber.

In the exact same way, they almost never actually have the internetion of going under the knife. They are just weird, mentally diseased sociopathic losers looking for life-hacks that will get them easy attention.

If I had to guess, I’d say they are terrified of debuting and ending up a 0view or literal 1view, either from past experience or the unknown crippling them. They’d rather pontificate from their Vtweeter positions than face the shocking reality that they’re just a bunch of unlikeable cunts.

This + I think there's some psychology going that they're probably afraid of not getting noticed at all and failing immediately out the gate. Instead of risk getting rugpulled on ego by becoming a 2view nobody gives a shit about, they can't fail as a vtuber if they don't actually stream - but they think they're still "in the community" and "a vtuber" anyway somehow.

Basically it's a way to try to deny reality to themselves and pretend they're actually-someone while not actually having to stick their necks out and prove that people -actually- like them and like watching them.

Also dollars to donuts probably a lot of these pre-debut vtweeters have not-so-good voices or are trannies who know nobody will actually treat them with the same gravity they do popular girl chuubas as soon as they open their mouths and would rather live a fantasy of pretending they're an anime girl.

In < 3 view Twitch culture, the "pre-debut" tag usually translates to "intends to debut / aka takes this kinda seriously." I have mutuals that want to debut, I have some that just wanna play with their friends and be silly online.

However, those people I mentioned actually create content and hit the go live button. Many of these v tweeters are engagement farming for bird app dopamine, and those individuals use "pre debut" as a "I am afraid to make content' cope

Then they quit, make another vtuber debut but just join the Larper-Tubers. So basically you have larpers and chickens. 90% or more are surely larpers, though.

Most have no interest in streaming, they just want to make an original character to their tastes. Then end up spending hundreds or thousands on an avatar they don't really use. It's strange to see. I think all of them would be better off playing some anime mmo with really deep customization.
