Mori kept telling stories about how she was bullied in school but now that I know what she's like I can say with confidence that she probably deserved it.

If you’re bullied in American schools you’re either ugly or annoying without realizing which with Mori gaining an ego rather quickly it was probably more annoying than ugly. Fighting back does help though. If you’re bullied in Japan the cause could be anything I mean literally anything for Miko probably her voice. My oshi was under a lot of stress as a kid. Also, her family literally lied to CPS about the fact she got her skull bashed in with a laptop. She's mostly cool now though.

Senchou said that in middle school some guys were making fun of her voice and this is probably why she went in an all-girl high school

I'm glad Mori realized the BS she went through was messed up. She laughed some of it off but overall knows that, yeah she was weird, but she didn't deserve the physical or emotional abuse.
She's a tough girl. College seemed to treat her a lot better. And give her the inspiration to go to Japan.
