So apparently it's all about the licensing info. Luckily the Japanese licensed version apparently comes with EN dub and Mori is using this loophole. Mori and IRyS may end up being the only EN members being able to play because they can buy a Japanese copy easily.

Leon has a lot of in battle and out if battle quips people arent factoring in. Everyone remembers his cheesy one liners during the cutscenes of the original RE4, the majority of which are still there. (I miss his one line with Ada though) From what I have played hes even cheesier than the original.(Around 10 hours in) Hes still that lovable cliche action movie hero.
