I understand where you are coming from but Nijisanji EN is the reason vtubing is so normie'd. Luca literally just says "POG" and no one in Nijisanji is even an idol. Nijisanji isn't an idol company, but an entertainment company. Vtubing should be idol centered, which defines it from the cringe twitch culture like Vshojo and XQC. I see NijiEN as only a negative for the vtubing community, which is a shame cause I like some NijiJP members like Ange, Toko, and Rindou.
Also Holostars JP has way better male talents, rip Kira who was the best femboy to ever exist.
TLDR: NijiEN negativily affects vtubing as a whole by straying it from its idol roots. So I believe NijiEN needs to get real idols, maybe more people like Pomu, or leave.

There's plenty of competition in the EN sphere as it is, even without Nijisanji. I'd even go as far as to say we're currently witnessing an oversaturation of vtubers, too many of them trying to share the same limited pool of viewers. That's why so many small corpos are either shutting down or losing relevance, because what they have just isn't innovative or of high enough quality to keep them afloat.

The state of vtubing is very much like the state of gaming in the mid 90s, and Nijisanji is playing the role of Sega. They have some legitimately great parts to them, but they as a company also have their hands in way too many pies right now are are constantly fucking up.
Like Sega they will continue to be an important part of the industry and still have great titles/talents in the future, but their short period of dominance is already over.
