I think she needs to be paired with a strong character, as she has sidekick energy, or, to use a nicer term, she's wifeable.
She was happy to let Neuro lead their collab, and you could tell that she wanted Neuro to succeed, not just in game, but at growing in popularity, back when AI vtubers were an untested idea.
Most collab partners treat Neuro as a magic 8ball for generating funny answers, while some manage to suspend disbelief enough to actually treat Neuro as a human, but I think Miyune is unique in actually offering questions that allowed Neuro to express herself, and then reacting with genuine admiration at Neuro's answers.
She never got offended or annoyed by Neuro's crazy answers, she didn't have any ulterior motive, and she never tried to steal the limelight, so much so that you could tell Miyune felt genuine emotional pain at cutting off Neuro's responses.
I really think Miyune deserves all the success in the world, not least because everyone needs to be reminded what unconditional love looks like, but I just can't work out what sort of content would best play to her strengths and be appealing to a large audience.

I'm not sure who would be a good choice, but there are probably, for example, programming/technology focused streamers out there whose communities would appreciate Neuro and it wouldn't look too much like clout-chasing to collab with them.
The other category of streamer would be "vtuber adjacent" males, like CDawgVA or Nagzz, who should be able to talk to Neuro without making it too weird.
I think Vedal is right, that the limiting factor isn't finding people to collab with, but finding activities that the collab partner and Neuro could do together, without chat getting bored or annoyed.

You have to draw everything that can be potentially seen when moving so it's a lot more than a normal drawing. Generally no-one puts every single moveable part on its own layer, either. The unrealistic part is believing its possible for anyone outside the most seasoned artists with decade of experience can create a sufficiently good drawing in just 3 hours. It's really hard to get to the level where you don't have to ctrl+z many times on every line.

AFAIK, gpt-3.5 is not fine-tunable which is necessary to make Neuro the way she is. So the question is, what model is he using? Llama, from meta, has demonstrated the capability of somewhat rivaling 3.5's capabilities when properly fine tuned (see Stanford's Alpaca which has been independently replicated by many including myself). Something I have noticed as well is that the base Llama model has a tendency to spit out emoticons when you try to use it as a chatbot, a behavior which Neuro coincidentally has exhibited recently. These little hints combined with Vedal's revelation that he's upgraded her LLM make me seriously wonder if Neuro isn't already using a fine-tuned Llama. Vedal would never admit this, and not just because he's worried about giving away secrets to competitors. Llama's license does not permit commercial use and he could get in hot water if he let it slip. Still, it does make me wonder.
