This isn't true for much of anything that isn't high-investment infrastructure related. The US has major national brands for coffee shops, then regional brands and then the mom&pops. The thing is, themed restaurant brands that would accommodate the kind of collaboration that Hololive would take advantage of fell out of fashion, and the remaining ones are very protective of their brand image.
