trust me, after the expo i am pooped. just the entire prospect of covering it, looking at fans, looking at events, getting into cytubes, etc just drove me into a really tired state. judging by the fans, i think the expo experience was much better but still some problems persisted (iofi macrons, low stock on food, really not that much to do outside of the art, post-its, and events).

its definitely a WIP for cover. maybe by 2024 they nail the expo. expo gets a 7/10, but the festival gets a 9.5/10.

I'm exhausted too and I was at home watching it. I did notice some technical difficulties and camera problems. Also they just need to let people enjoy the show, it felt so rushed. Just one performance after another after another with some MC between. Let people have time to cheer and enjoy it, maybe extend it and add an intermission. I will say Koyori's and Noel's MC moment was great, love the chemistry between those two.

now you run into a problem of favoritism also. what i think they should do is test that out for the gokisei live they'll be doing in a few months. sure its four members, but they can play around with a possible intermission.

Sure but I think the crowd loved the whole thing. There might have been some things like Suisei getting clearly more cheers but that's expected from someone of her stature. For me it felt like the crowd loved the whole thing.

If she did it would have been placed near the end. Since she was at the start she had to pick Lyrical Monster. Not to sound cheesy but with a concert you need to tell a story with highs and lows and then a climax. So the start you need to build up the hype and energy to carry on through the show, especially with it being 3 hours.

Well the message of Ours is what i'm getting at. Thats what I wanted to get to. It felt like a song meant for kishidan, rather than everyone involved.

No worries. We all can feel a bit jaded. I was insanely skeptical of the day 1 roster and it blew me away.

For day 1 I think Noel energy starting off early was really good, the slow start up for the crowd could be they are still getting into the mood and feel with it being an early event into the post lower restrictions for events like concerts.

Only problem I had with Shiraken was Suisei stealing the show with her pop in. It's nice that got to perform together but she really just took everyone's thunder and showed Suisei can do anything since she wasn't supposed to be there. But it's Flare's group and she was clearly okay with it so it's whatever.

I agree, I even was in on the hype. That was really cool because I thought "Aww, Shiraken without Suisei." and then suddenly she appeared and I cheered with the crowd, it was awesome. But looking back she kind of mogged everyone. It was a great performance but wish everyone got to shine a bit more.
