Besides smaller games, I think it would be nice if she had a game she could pick up and put back down between the big story games.
I got into her when she was doing Minecraft often, but I get it, post-scarcity doesn't leave much to do so it's dead now. Maybe Wither collab soon.
Slay the Spire was somewhat good for this, but I thought it was a bit repetitive after some time and now it's at a hard part anyway. She played Cities Skylines only once so far so maybe that should come back again. AoE is amazing and was a lot fun but RTS is hard and the permissions are fucked. Sims has that problem where once you have kino you can't really top it, plus there's limited things she can really do with it now.
Maybe if she picked Oblivion or Skyrim, since you can always do side quests, even if the main game is done.

I feel like the permission concers are always overexxagerated on this board and mainly used as a scapegoat for no streams. Sure, the Capcom, Square Enix and Konami legal teams are enormous faggots and the perms guy is not exactly overexerting himself, but 90% of AAA games are still available for streaming easily. You know... I know that I should be positive. Kiara had a great time in Japan and met so many people, even in ID, she got closer to people she wasn't as close to before and she got to perform again... And yet, I still feel like something is missing, I feel a little bit hollow inside. It always depends on if the person is motivated enough to actually do the effort to make it happen. We've all seen enough "oh, wouldn't it be nice if..." tentative promise musings from different people to get a feel for who's actually likely to put the effort in and who's just flaking or waiting for others do actually do the work (organizing, paying, inviting them in).

For Holotori, Kiara is obviously the prime mover, given that she's the one who basically came up with the group and thus feels responsible for most of the stuff they do as a "unit". Reine is second, having also contributed some projects for the group. Subaru and Lui can be excused insofar as their primary focus is obviously more being busy working on their core jp market, not the weird birdpeople group with the foreign girls. And Mumei, she's a nice girl and all, so I'd love to see more from her, but going by previous track record of output/contribution she has been more of a passive passenger/coaster (sure, you can argue she's busy with college etc.). So I'm not really expecting much, so as not to be most likely disappointed if nothing comes from it for a long time. Or, more likely, if something happens, it will probably have to be initiated by Kiara again.

Yeah. Her biggest weakness is simply having to divide her attention. Metroid Prime definitely demands your attention, especially if it's your first Prime game or worse first Metroid ever. Just to understand how objects typically interact with each other in the series. If she played offline, I feel like she would have the same experience I've heard a lot of Prime first timers have. I think she'll ultimately get the mechanics down eventually, but the map memory may be a consistent issue depending on how hard she has to juggle the game, story-telling, and chat down the road.

In the end, if Kiara could understand and accept the context of her situation, she wouldn't feel the need to be hard on herself. I feel like Prime fans in particular are pretty understanding to newcomers.
