Which VTubers are good for learning Japanese/listening practice? Preferably ones that talk slower.

I second this one OP, three solid picks for listening in if you are new. They speak clearly and rarely go too fast.

Here are the ones NOT to learn Japanese from. Personal experience.
>Marine
Talks too fast
>Miko
Difficult to comprehend
>Korone
Unnatual accent
>Towa
Same as Miko but not as bad

Most Japs also have no idea what miko is saying half the time

>> No.4550930

>>4549945
Towa is worse than miko

In regards to Korone, her pre Korone days she had the same accent and we all still understood and interacted with her just fine, it's not unnatural, she just REALLY speaks differently it is not hard to understand compared to Miko. Accents are fine, DIALECTS are the problem. Towa is perfectly fine, they're extremely casual in how they speak.

Towa mumbles the same way Mio does which makes their munyamunyamunya talk harder to understand than holos that speak clearly like Sora.

If you'd like, Elira has done some JP-only streams and her conversational Japanese is great for listening practice. From what I listened to she didn't use too much complex vocabulary or slang that might throw off someone learning the language. She's only done chatting streams in JP though if you're looking for more variety.
I'm vouching for Watame too. She also has live translators if you want to double check if you'd heard correctly.
