Hololive is a company that is trying to gather all types of girl characters girl characters which are basically what the viewers imagine woman to be. most girls obviously don't behave like this. Or the other possibility is that Hololive is hiring literaly hikkis or recluses who THINK how a girl should act. These hikkis usually use girls from anime and manga to form their character, and as progressive as they can be - the hikkis actually discover a personal character feat of their own and tailor it into the fake persona, thus creating a somewhat unique persona and try to appeal to the general male/female otaku audience. Considering there's a rise in hikkis and recluses also thanks to covid , business seems to be booming.
