I'm not interested in getting into the whole AI art shitfit in general, but it doesn't really seem like a good fit for someone trying to get a proper L2D model at all. Those systems really aren't designed to create something at an A-pose and even if they were you really want something you can rig piecemeal rather than a whole image you have to cut up and try and stitch back together. I guess you could theoretically generate each part individually but they'd probably be a pain to cut out (since I doubt they'd have transparent backgrounds) nevermind making sure each part matches up to a coherent art style/design.
