Every fucking thread has tourists, that's nothing new, been like that for longer than /vt/ has been a thing.
Real big difference is, tourists stick out way more in here than in most other generals, the larger the general, the more everyone acts and sounds like a tourist, but despite this being a very active thread, tourism never really takes root here, they just come and go and shit goes back to how it is.

Extra repeats on characters with black skin because she only drew like 6 images of black people ever (two of which are Sansa) and so the original lora made sana white. Ita not just background, I'd move background into the 8 repeat folder if that was the case. It's everything but the face was still in checkpoint style. I'm looking for that flat watercolor almost look she colors in.

Have you tried testing it on NAI itself? AOM2 is really strongly fucking styled to begin with. Try testing it on something different. not discounting that the bake might need work, just a suggestion

I have 2more gb than you so maybe 2x is your limit. any issue other than "cuda_out_of_memory_error" you have is software related. if you mean crash by black image output, that's no half vae and using the nai vae instead of the first one from the model rentry in op. use xformers too. i have enough vram to generate images while training at the same time which surprised me. iirc there's a setting that also lets you substitute system ram in as well. paging to system ram will make gens retardedly slow but biiiiiig images can be made.

I spoke to a couple of drawfags I know and even they agree that AI stuff is inevitable much like any tech development. Companies that use tons of commercial art will probably shift towards using more AI over custom commissioned stuff or artists shifting to using ai to bring up a rough draft along with using their own personal skill to clean up images.
