Vtuber concerts aren't usually live due to all the technical shit going on at the same time that could fail. That combined with the fact that there is functionally no difference since you don't actually SEE the performer anyway. Prerecorded allows them to make sure things are they possibly can be. All the best camera shots and whatnot. I do recall hearing about an AZKi concert that was live and an earthquake happened during it though.
