Not all of them look bad. Ayla looks good. Plumarielle and Blair look ok, but their styles clash with Ayla's (which is more in line with the standard style of chuuba models). Both of the guys look awful tho, and are also different styles. It's so clear that all 5 of them were done by 5 different artists. They lack harmony, which you need especially for genmates.
Even Hololive made this mistake with Irys. Her model clashed so badly with the rest of them, and it really bothered me at the time. But the difference is Hololive had the capital and brand recognition so it didn't affect them much.

Majority of the small companies all look and feel the exact same, like cheap hololive knock offs. For as much as I don't enjoy Phase outside of Tenma, they st least have a unique image that separates them from the competition.

There's a bunch of adult corpos in the JP scene, but EIEN seems to be the first EN one that's dabbling with that market, just not officially.
