it might've just been farming drama when she got suspended, but her termination has been handled so fucking poorly that it deserves to be talked about now. it's not baseless drama, niji fucked up and haven't done anything to fix the situation. if she's still receiving harassment, it's still worth talking about, whether or not you were a fan of her or not.

anyways I might not have been a die-hard fan, but I watched a couple of her streams and found her entertaining. she only had so much time (as a niji member) to stream, it's natural that she didn't have the biggest fanbase. it shouldn't just be her fans who are allowed to talk about the situation though, it's clearly become a bigger issue than that.

This has been the last straw for me with Niji. I wouldn't consider myself a Nijisister but I did look up to some of the girls in early waves. I auditioned for NijiEN every time they opened auditions after Lazulight debuted. I'm a 1view but her, one can dream.
Then I learned about the nepotism hires, althought with Iluna not being quite connected to Elira gave me hopes they would look at people outside her clique. Turns out if you're not a nepotism hire, part of THE clique or don't bring fat cash you'll be on constant termination notice. Nijisanji looks like such a fucking miserable place to work in if you're not part of the clique I'll just forget about applying for them. I have the chances at getting into Hololive, with the same amount of stress but with better numbers.
Zaion is an idiot, likely unfit for corpo life but she didn't deserve the tarring, feathering and doxxing. This is despicable.
I like Pomu, Selen and Rosemi, but I honestly wished they could jump ship to another corpo or being indies. I can't in good faith keep supporting them knowing it'll support AnyKuro and the other chucklefucks in NijiEN.

I did a double take reading both announcements, they read like an announcement out of a mid-sized Discord server with a shitty mod team, not a large professional company with a PR team and god knows how many managers. The people applauding this "transparency" are only doing so because they don't like Zaion, if Vox had gotten terminated for some reason and the announcement dedicated a full paragraph listing how he was an unsalvageable menhera they'd be furious.
She most likely deserved to be booted in the end, she just wasn't cut out for being a corpo chuuba, but the way they handled this shit was just heinous. This whole thing is gonna fuck up her career for life because some petty manager decided to shit talk her in the official notices, and apparently nobody from the PR thought "Hey, isn't this just character assassination?" The amount of harassment she's received is also disgusting, no less than a few months after Nijisanji made a big announcement about how they were going to protect their own members from harassment.
