Certainly, and that is a major negative with hololive since they don't have any control over their model or default outfit. There have been several talents that fought Cover for years to get a redesign. There are signs that Ina, Kronii, and Magni are trying for a redesign. Nijisanji at least allows their livers to choose from a pool of models so they have some control over what they use.
