Spend some time talking to the person who wants to collab with you or that you want to collab with. Get to know eachother and build rapport. I'll be busy when this thread dies. I made the next image for OP, and I spent way too long trying to get a fisheye effect on the /asp/ before I gave up on it. It just didn't look good.

I don't know if the rule I heard from other indies carries over to /asp/ but I was made to understand that the expectation on collabs is that the higher rated (viewed) channel reaches out to the smaller. That tends to limit the "clout chaser" appearance I'd imagine. Not sure if it really matters that much when its mostly new channels collabing.

My name and bank account attach to the business account. I made a second account for the business even though I don't really have any plans to spend time or money registering the LLC. Alright, so. Test just run and here's the information I have from that. Pushing the tip button and sending a donation without completing it gives you an option to cancel the payment. The full link says "Cancel and return to <email address associated with the paypal account>". The FAQ mentioning that the payment will appear on the donor's credit card as "Streamlabs - Channel name" appears to instead have generated a message that says "Streamlabs - My Email Address" and then a Paypal receipt that says "You sent a payment of $1.00 to Name on my PayPal at Email Address"

Going to contact Stream Elements support and see if there's a way around this. Otherwise absolutely obfuscate all of that shit behind a DBA business account.
