1. They already planned to fire her at the time of suspension for the reasons in the suspension notice. They gave zero fucks about what happened to her because "she's already gone". The additional reasons listed in the termination notice were just padding from them pulling up every slight she's ever done to bury her reputation out of petty spite.
2. They DIDN'T plan to fire her, and they just don't care to protect suspended livers from harassment.

If it's any consolation, I was talking with a few other Fandead/Nekofami last night about the Zaion situation and quite a few of us agreed that the termination statement was obviously just an attempt to smear her reputation, bordering on maliciousness.
