I wish it worked that way, but the retards exert so much influence that it's hard to ignore. At least with JP their retards like Gwelu and Gundou are just a fairly uninfluential minority in a vast sea of harmless or decent livers that whatever drama they have gets diluted, but in EN they're the majority and their stupid stunts have repercussions for the entire branch.
