This plus Ikkisei in general got screwed by how limited their window of exclusivity was before Gen2 debuted and got the newest gen buff.
JP Gen1 -> Gen2 was just 2 months
ID Gen1 -> Gen2 was 8 months

Fubuki has managed to stave off the curse of Ikkisei to an extent for sure but Haachama has cratered and joined the rest of the cursed ones over the past year. Not saying there aren't weak members of following Gens mind you but Ikkisei is unique in that with the partial exemption of Fubuki that all of them suffer from a small core of fans. Gen2 has the likes of Ayame and Shion who can go awol for weeks and months and return and still got their easy 15k-20k tuning into them but only Fubuki can surpass 5k these days in such a return stream. No other Gen has more than 1 weak member.

So firstly the challenging thing is we are comparing apples and oranges as there isn't any consistent content type that they all do and ASMRs in particular are likely to be re-watched which buffs the views even more. Aki didn't provide too many members content to judge by , Haachama has loads of super short videos for members and close to half of Matsuri's member streams of late are public streams that she set to members only.
If I had to judge with what little info I had, I'd guess that gachikoi power ranking for Ikkisei is roughly:
Fubuki >>>>> Haachama > Mel = Matsuri > Aki
