I think her termination was justified, but this situation made me hate Nijisanji more and I'll probably unsubscribe from all of their livers except Mika, who I love too much and she is the only one I genuinely enjoy anyways.
Because,
1) I think at the end of the day it was management's fault. They didn't tardwrangle their talents hard enough, a lot of them did similar shit outlined in the termination announcement although most of the time less severe and no member did all of them. But they still did, and most of them got no punishment at all for it, at least not public punishment, and there are some livers who did worse things than what Zaion did. Management set a precedent, then surprise pikachud when Zaion followed it. Nijisanji then basically painted a target on her back and left her to fend for herself from alphabet people and doxfags for a month, especially after outlining "offensive jokes" as part of the reason why she was suspended. It's clear to see why she didn't compromise, instigated more shit and preferred to be terminated after that.
So Niji management set a bad precedent, and then brutally punished one of their livers for following that precedent. Amazing.
2) The people against Zaion are terminally online twitter freaks. She did some bad stuff in that list especially from the perspective of a company, but the only thing these vultures in saints' clothing care about is that she made a few offensive jokes that might have hurt the feelings of some people. It's insane to me how we as a society let sites like twitter become absolute cesspools worse than fucking /pol/, and Nijisanji (both the management and livers like Kyo and Enna) clearly caters to these people, even uses them to go after their own talents.
So yeah, fuck Nijisanji, or at least NijiEN. Don't know much about the main branch, but I've always been skeptical about their "shit out 50 waves, letting dozens of livers rot in numbers hell for that one sweet Kuzuha or Vox" mentality.

However, I also think that this is an intentional and deliberate hit piece on Zaion to "expose" her and prevent her from retaining any value in vtubing.
