You made me check, but that is untrue unless I'm misunderstanding. Even with Kronii and Mumei MIA, IRyS has been streaming pretty often in that timeslot.
It's 10:20AM JST currently, so 4 hours from now will put it at 2:20PM JST. IRyS's usual starting time (when she doesn't have recordings or doctor appointment in the afternoon or fill Gura's timeslot) is between 11:00AM JST - 1:00PM JST, and she streams for 4-5 hours. There is no way that timeslot is free.
(So far, every single IRyS's streams in March have covered that timeslot, and more than half of her streams in Feb did, too)
