Well I do live in North Texas on the New Mexico grid. They use a lot of wind power but none of them went down during the freeze. Modern windmills also use fiberglass. It might be a while before we can make them. It might be cheaper using the tech we have to build a nuclear reactor first. Would be nice to experiment with chuubanite. I've tried it before, and it gets kinda weird. Either it leans in way too hard, or it doesnt make much of a difference. I think its because it can only output a few hundred words at a time, and its hard to make an author's complete style come across in such a short section. I came up with idea for a parasite a while ago but never posted this, but decided to post this anyways now.
I wonder if there could be some sort of plant that adapted to grow on the insides of the rosebuta? If a rosebuta gets’s a seed stuck onto them and doesn’t remove it in time the parasite will enter into their pores / stomata and begin to replicate inside of the rosebuta. The signs of the infection might not be obvious at first, maybe the rosebuta starts feeling more tired, thirsty, and hungry as well as finding themselves becoming slowly weaker. However, when warm enough conditions arise the presence of the parasite becomes obvious. At a certain point into the infection, when It has spread throughout the body, the parasite will burst out of the skin of the infected to flower. The parasite may favor bursting out of softer areas like the eyes and throat, often leaving the victim blind and mute. This process is extremely painful as well, and those that retain the ability to speak are often only able to let out screams. After the flowering is over and the plant has spread its seeds, the prognosis is often poor for the victim, especially for rosies. However, due to the greater mass of the Boarusa leads them to be more likely to survive infections, trading some of their strength and their vision for becoming a dangerous vector for the parasite.
However, perhaps the parasite would have a major weakness, the cold. Perhaps the rosebutas could tolerate a lower level of cold than the parasite and thus, by living in cold areas they could ward off the parasite. Because of this, perhaps in recent times the parasite would be waining in numbers, only being a major problem in the schizo badlands and in areas with Boarusa.

Sure! https://rentry.org/vt40k-planet-adoption#rs-1083-63-6-262110-3935-a3 fits the description in the Nenera rentry for the most part, but I found a lot of other planets that looked quite different and fit the bill. Lots of them were whiter/bluer in color, especially if they were a bit colder. The lakes were also more prominent in some.
The colors of the planet and some settings of the atmosphere can be edited manually, I think.

I thought about /meat/'s squash, beans, and corn. And the first thing that comes to my mind is a chili pepper glaze made from a blend of chili pepper spices, salt, and lime juice. Squash can be diced up and fire roasted so it keeps its juices. Beans and dried maize need to soak overnight so they can be sautéed properly.
