Jesus Christ. This sounds awful on Zaion's part. From what it sounds like, not only did she break the rules, but she did it really flagrantly, and lied about it repeatedly as well.
It's really disappointing and frustrating to see something like this. Zaion didn't just screw over herself with her actions, but so many other people around her as well. Her fellow livers have to deal with the awkwardness of all this now. Everyone who worked to make Zaion's model, rigging, and assets all have to see their work get retired so soon after debut. Her managers who tried to give her warning after warning to stop this from happening. I'm sure no one in Nijisanji wanted to fire a new liver after she's only been working for two months, but it seems their hand has been forced.
So many people would have given so much to have Zaion's opportunity. And I guess she chose to throw it all away because she doesn't care to follow rules.

Thanks to her suspension notice pointing all the attention to her supposed "jokes" she couldn't make any comments clarifying the actual reason, and the rest of the NijiEN "community" had already made up their minds about her within the first 5 hours.
She would have to completely nerf herself from making ANY offensive joke (because she would be watched, both by management and by fans of other livers) if she were to ever return, and she would be in an "Box" environment where 90% of the people hated her and she was completely isolated amongst the other livers.

I'm pretty sure she saw the response of the fandom and her "colleagues" in the first 3 days of her suspension and quite immediately decided it wasn't worth it trying to return and stream in such an environment.

Zaion had no fucking reason to stay. Niji management handled her situation completely wrong. They silenced her, ANNOUNCED that she made a sexual related joke that is 'unnaceptable' on twitter of all places, knowing full well that the twitter tranny outrage mob eats those sorts of accusations the fuck up and then they let it brew while she couldn't defend herself.
Niji managment should have quashed those rumours immediately, her genmates should have spoke up and been supportive of her, BUT NO IN FACT, THEY DID THE OPPOSITE, AND ONE RAT BASTARD WIGGER GOES ON HIS RM ACCOUNT AND EFFECTIVELY AGREES THAT SHE SHOULD BE LYNCHED.
Nobody, and I mean fucking NOBODY would want to remain in such an environment. She's probably felt betrayed and isolated, and rightly fucking so because that's exactly what they did to her. Isolated her, silenced her, then threw her to the wolves.


Honestly, I'm gonna be real here. I have a schizo theory which I'll admit is a longshot, but I think nijisanji has regretted calling the character ZAION. As stupid as it sounds, I think its caused some shit, nijisanji has panicked and I think they were just looking for fucking any excuses to get rid of her, because if you take a look at all the other livers, they've got away with fucking murder. I've seen ALL of them say some questionable shit. It's strange to me that they pounced so heavily onto Zaion.
Either way, regardless of this schizo theory, they wanted her gone. They purposefully fostered a hostile environment for her.

The name alone is fine I think, so yeah I agree it does sound a bit schizo.
I'm sure she didn't "vibe" with a lot of the stuff NijiEN would be doing internally (shittalking livers outside the clique, shitting on Hololive etc).

It's also possible that she was the first ever liver to openly (yet internally) shit on certain things that management does wrong. I think the main clique of Enna, Elira etc. have escaped management scrutiny by just bowing their heads, apologizing and then doing the same shit 2 weeks later. Hell Enna actually admitted to this on stream.

It's possible that they rapped on Zaion for her initial VOD privating spree, but instead of doing the usual routine of lowering her head in front of management and then resuming the same shit later, she could have stood up to them and pointed out how other livers were getting away with it.

This would naturally antagonize EVERYONE inside the company, because the livers just want to keep the system going where they can get away with stuff without management attention, and management would naturally be furious about someone pointing out their retardation.

I could see how her wavemates and senpais would have tried to talk to her and tell her how they ran things, and perhaps she tried to follow how they did things, but at the same time management scrutiny would be bigger because she pointed out how the livers were running things.
Enna recently pointed out how she was under watch for a lot longer than previous occasions so she was lying low for a longer period. Meanwhile Zaion wouldn't know to increase inconspicuousness, and thanks to standing out already, all of HER fuck ups would be under management purview.
This would naturally build antagonism from her, eventually giving them an excuse to suspend her and shit on her for the humiliation she caused. Leading to the scenario described above.

I can see how everyone within NijiEN would be angry and disappointed in her, since something like this would naturally cause management to tighten the leash on everyone else and annoy all of them. Kotoka even highlighted this by saying how things will not be the same anymore after saying she can't wish Zaion good luck for the future.
