HoloID all gained a lot of viewers when ID3 debuted except for her. She needs to start appealing to the core hololive fanbase although I'm not even sure if she can recover from this. Instead of trying to "change hololive" she needs to do GFE or something which she is ironically good at.

Very few of her viewers give a flying fuck about that game and like you said, she's not even showing improvement. There's nothing for fans to be happy about. She's been grinding that shit, but it ain't gonna work out. It's precisely what's been hurting her.
It's a shame, really. She's a thoughtful VTuber and I wish for her success, but she has to diversify her games/streams if she is to live up to her potential.
