Don't know about the best, but the worst fanbase is probably the koronesuki/dogfuckers, especially that fag who keeps making Korone threads on the catalog shitting on other people, even those who she is close with.

I find the horny honesty of onigiriya good. I like them. Whatever matsuris fans are called, are great too. I dont really interact much with other fans so its hard to list the good ones.
