Hal's decision making was good in the 2 scrim rounds, then it took a nosedive. That "play" to get the Kraber with wraith portal was literal negative IQ. He also threw a round by not healing and trying to hit some unimportant team with a Bocek for kp. Last round was decent but he played the endgame very wrong (and desu they had kind of a free walk-in up to that point)
