Honestly the only real flaw I can see with that approach is that it would kind of 'spoil the suprise' for anyone jumping in late if the character description gets updated with each chapter, unless you go and make like separate rentry landing pages for each 'arc' so that major plot twists don't get spoiled by the added info...
Though speaking of that, the info for the MC on the page kind of reveals way more base info than you're probably intending given that the childhood section hasn't exactly been elaborated upon until now save for the karate training flashback.

You know, I was thinking about that and when I do update it next I'll probably re work it so that you can click through to more info that's properly labelled for when it's safe to read it.

I'm alright with that information being shown, it's been mentioned that Anon has memory problems in the past, and why he has them I don't think is a big reveal. I did still leave some stuff out that I'll put in later, mainly some of Anon's own theories about what his deal is. As well as leaving some wiggle room in case people want to come up with their own backstories past a certain point, as I've always never mentioned Anon being a part of the JSDF specifically and why the KREF has so many countries involved in case people want to self-insert as an expat.

I'd say gossip isn't even close to the saddest thing about anybody's choice of interests, given its long-time prevalence throughout human history. Rather, I just like to think of vtubers as an exotic hybrid of entertainer and sewage farmer. Dealing with the internet's slurry of shit is just part of the job, and little 'ol Laplus clearly isn't handling that too well. In that respect, I pity her but don't feel sorry for her - there's probably no way she could have prepared herself for dealing with haters when she imagined the job, even if she KNEW it'd be a part of it - reality is always much harsher.
