Song was good, reminded me that I listened to this song a bunch before and just never remembered what it was actually called.
The MV though was underwhelming, tons of dead space where it just showed the full picture, very few zoom ins or tracking, and the effects were very minimal. This is the same person who did the one for spiral tones so I'm a bit surprised it turned out like that.

The cover is fine. Really though, I’ve just learned I don’t like Roki in general. It plays like its tough shit but its actually bland as hell. I’ve listened to the original twice like 6 covers at this point and I can’t find much to like.

As for Calli’s specifically, I think it ends up being my favorite cover mostly due to it being different. The first verse has some very awkward delivery on a couple lines ( ...slow down / ...showdown in particular) but I start to get into it towards the end of the song.

I don’t think this is close to Calli’s best work but it sounds like she had a lot of fun making it and I think that’s what matters most.

First listen I didn't really like it, it lacks the guitar punch from original.
Second listen I appreciated the disco synth sound and strong bassline. I think she does the ending verse better than the original. The original feels too BGM-ey or should I say too "loopey", without a proper closure. Some raps could've have better syllables, but I learned to appreciate the lyrics.
I actually prefer this compared to original.
